As a result of RaulWalter incursion into e-goverment research, we presented a working paper “E-Estonia under Actor-Network Perspective” that analyzes the possible social research on the matter. The paper presents a possible theory (Actor-Network Theory) that can be used in the study of e-government and e-governance using as an example the case of E-Estonia.
