Regional Data Sharing and Management

Our role was to design the shared architecture framework, define trust models, develop secure service protocols and create standardised semantic descriptions.

One of our most internationally complex projects focused on building a data exchange solution for six countries, enabling secure, standardised and coordinated information flows between different national information systems. The participating countries varied significantly in terms of technical maturity, legal frameworks and infrastructure, which required a harmonised architecture, a solid cryptographic foundation and comprehensive technical coordination.

Our role was to design the shared architecture framework, define trust models, develop secure service protocols and create standardised semantic descriptions. We also supported the technical implementation, test-service creation, service interface alignment, and coordination of inter organisational operational processes.

The result was a functioning data exchange solution that enabled six independent countries to exchange critical information consistently, securely and transparently, while preserving each participant’s autonomy. This project demonstrated RaulWalter’s capability to coordinate technically demanding international initiatives and to design standards-based solutions for collaboration between highly heterogeneous systems and organisations.
