For almost two decades, RaulWalter has supported governments, critical service providers, and private-sector organisations in building secure digital identity, data exchange, and cybersecurity capabilities. Our work reaches national registries, hospitals, municipalities, regulators, financial institutions, and international partners — as well as smaller teams and agencies that rely on us for pragmatic expertise and dependable delivery.

The systems we work on are sensitive, mission-critical, and often foundational for entire countries. Our culture does not allow us to treat client relationships as decoration.

They represent institutions that trust us with their most important digital infrastructure, and this trust comes with an obligation: to deliver consistently, quietly, and to a standard that meets or exceeds what was promised.

For us, client references are not hunting trophies

We measure our success not by the number of logos on a slide, but by the confidence our clients place in us when it matters — and by our commitment to honour that trust every time.

RaulWalter’s references span a global portfolio of digital identity, data governance, and cybersecurity projects that underpin national services, critical registries, and the operational processes of large organisations. We have supported countries and institutions with varying levels of digital maturity across Northern Europe, South America, the Caribbean, the Balkans, and Asia — helping build identity systems, improve data quality, establish data exchange platforms, and implement information security management systems.

Our experience spans strategic architecture and advisory work, practical workshops, technical development, audit readiness, and operational support.

These references reflect our ability to solve complex challenges in diverse cultural and technical environments, delivering solutions that are stable, scalable, and sustainable. RaulWalter’s projects consistently rely on two core principles: trusted collaboration and technical precision.

Our Most Exciting Projects

RaulWalter has worked on dozens of technically and organizationally demanding projects that have supported the development of national identity solutions, improved data quality, strengthened system security, and shaped digital ecosystems across different regions of the world. Our work spans large-scale registries, eID infrastructures, data exchange platforms, and information security management systems. Below is a selection of projects that best illustrates our international reach, technical depth, and ability to solve complex challenges.

Implementation and Auditing of a National Information Security Standards

RaulWalter has contributed for many years to the implementation and auditing of the national information security standard (E-ITS) across numerous public-sector organisations and major enterprises.

Development of a National Data Exchange Platform and Cybersecurity Capabilities

RaulWalter designed the technical foundation, security protocols, identity management logic, inter-registry service interfaces, and cybersecurity controls that safeguard the platform from both systemic and operational risks.

Large-Scale Data Quality Improvement

RaulWalter developed a methodology that combined automated analytics, record linkage, and manual verification.

Modernisation of a National Identity Document Personalisation Ecosystem

RaulWalter designed and deployed solutions that support very high production volumes, multiple chip platforms, different printer generations, and strict adherence to security standards.

Development of Client Software for a Hardware-Based USB Malware Sanitisation Device

One of our most technically interesting projects focused on a hardware-based USB sanitisation device that inspects removable media and cleans them of viruses and malware before allowing access to a secure environment.

Regional Data Sharing and Management

Our role was to design the shared architecture framework, define trust models, develop secure service protocols and create standardised semantic descriptions.

ROCA incident

RaulWalter worked closely with government authorities to develop a technical solution that enabled citizens to securely update their card keys and certificates remotely.

Development and Certification of a Digital Tachograph Infrastructure

Our team participated in designing the overall architecture, specifying security protocols, preparing certification workflows, and conducting technical validation of the system.

Be the enabler. Let’s work together.
