Eliis Olman is RaulWalter’s Operations Manager — the person who ensures that things move from intention to execution. She is responsible for keeping the company’s operational engine running smoothly, coordinating people, processes, and deliverables across teams, and ensuring plans turn into results.

Eliis oversees RaulWalter’s internal operations, including hiring, onboarding, and training, ensuring new team members integrate quickly and effectively into demanding technical and consulting projects. She plays a central role in shaping how the company grows, making sure that expansion is structured, sustainable, and aligned with RaulWalter’s quality standards and culture.

In addition, Eliis manages proposals and contracts end-to-end, supporting both sales and delivery teams by maintaining clarity, consistency, and professionalism in commercial documentation. She ensures that proposals are well-structured, accurate, and aligned with client expectations, and that contracts reflect both business objectives and operational realities. Her attention to detail and process discipline are critical in environments where precision and accountability matter.

Eliis also oversees RaulWalter’s sales and marketing materials, ensuring that external communications, presentations, and supporting documents are coherent, polished, and aligned with the company’s technical credibility. She bridges the gap between highly technical subject matter and clear, professional presentation, making complex services understandable and well-positioned.

Her background combines strong organisational skills, project coordination experience, documentation management, and stakeholder communication — supported by academic training in environmental technology and management. She is accustomed to working in structured, regulated environments where correctness, traceability, and coordination are essential.
