Kevin has led sales organisations of up to 15 people, with responsibility spanning revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, recruitment, planning, and product development. His leadership approach combines clear goal-setting with a strong emphasis on communication, team motivation, and accountability. Across his roles, performance has been measured not only by sales volume, but also by sustainable profitability and employee satisfaction.

Before joining RaulWalter, Kevin built his career in the media and advertising sector, progressing from client management to project leadership and ultimately to heading a web advertising sales unit within a fast-changing, results-driven environment. His success in these roles was driven by strong commercial instincts, rapid learning, and the ability to understand client needs and convert them into long-term partnerships.

At RaulWalter, Kevin applies this commercial and leadership experience to support the company’s growth in digital identity, data governance, and cybersecurity projects. He works closely with technical and consulting teams to ensure that complex solutions are positioned clearly, communicated effectively, and aligned with customer objectives at both strategic and operational levels.
